A HAIRDRESSER has been forced to defend her stained nails after trolls claimed her hands make them feel sick.

The woman shared a quick video in the nail salon to show off her holiday manicure before jetting off to Turkey last week.

But it was the hairdresser's 'before' nails that really had people talking.

In a TikTok clip, her gel nails look chipped with dark stains under the fingernails while she waits for her appointment.

“I’m not gonna lies your nails is so dirty", one social media user wrote.

Another added: “Back of the nails”, accompanied by the nauseated emoji.

A third claimed: “The start, I’m gonna be sick.”

And a fourth chimed in: “Poo nails.”

But the stylist immediately hit back at trolls, as her video racked up more than one million views

"People are so quick to judge", she fumed.

“If, you know, you watch my videos, which I clearly know you do, you would know that I'm a hairdresser.

"So that is why they are stained, with [tints].

"You get bleach burns, blisters, my hands get the brunt of it all. And that includes my nails.

"Your hands are your tools.I don't sit and type at a keyboard all day. 

"So I think you need to remember that?"

She added: "My nails snap. My nails are stained because I use my hands all day, every day.

"But they never last because I use my hands.

"So maybe that's a wee bit of insight, that you clearly didn't know anything about."

And other beauty fans have rushed to defend her.

"You don’t need to explain yourself to anyone for having hard working hands", one insisted.

A second wrote: "The amount of comments about her nails are honestly REDIC!

"I get biab also and I work in an office and trust me my nails are just as bad. Like have a day off honestly and leave her."
