A WRINKLE-FREE 52-year-old has shared her number one secret to how she retains her youthful glow.

And her answer isn’t in ridiculously expensive lotions and potions – but instead in the kitchen.


Anna, who looks incredible and has been told she could be decades younger, said that since she reached her milestone birthday of 50, she decided to look at her diet and nutrition. 

In doing so, she made some small tweaks and has never looked back, crediting one key ingredient with helping her fight the appearance of ageing.

“My health and appearance changed dramatically when I started increasing my protein intake,” Anna explained. 

“Here are my top three reasons why, as a woman, you need to increase your protein intake.”

Healthy protein can be found in foods such as eggs, nuts, lean meats, fish, dairy, and certain grains.

And since including these in her diet, Anna shared the major benefits she’s seen, as she emphasised that she felt extra protein had been pivotal and helped her “to start reversing the signs of ageing as I’ve hit my fifties.” 

The social media influencer continued: “Number one – protein helps control hunger and cravings.”

“Try starting your day with your first meal containing 30g of good quality protein.”

She also said it should be implemented throughout your lunch and dinner dishes, as well as any snacks.

Anna went on to say: “Protein also helps burn more calories, so having more protein in your meals and snacks literally helps crank up your metabolism and helps you burn more calories throughout the day.”

Proving to be a walking advert for protein, Anna also showed herself in a black swimsuit, as she showed her enviable physique that could easily have been somebody twenty years younger.

Anna continued: “Protein actually helps fight the signs of ageing. Now this is the one I love the most.

“Eating more protein, combined with regular physical activity, helps maintain muscle mass and therefore helps our physical ability as we move through our later stages in life.

“Protein can also serve as a buffer against oxidative damage on our cells (which can lead to damage in the the molecules that make up cells) due to stress.

“The result is healthier cells, which helps women feel and look younger and more radiant than ever.”

But it’s not just Anna’s skin and body that has reaped the rewards.

She then shared how she’d witnessed a “bonus benefit” in what the additional protein she had eaten had done to her hair.
