And one woman known as JC (@stargirlsings), who is 62 years young, has proven just that by hitting back at trolls who say she's "too old to wear a bikini."
In the clip shared to TikTok, the timeless beauty can be seen with her brunette hair tied back in a ponytail wearing a burgundy cap sleeved dress and white trainer socks.
She then shares the cruel comments she's received from trolls: "You're too old to wear a bikini."
Seconds later, she proudly appears with her dark locks loose and wavy, donning a itsy bitsy floral bikini and a pair of red stiletto heels which help to emphasise her long legs.
Flaunting her svelte figure, she then dances in front of the camera without a care in the world.

The video has since gone viral, racking up over 64,000 views and many comments – with social media users quick to commend JC on her body confidence.
