An AGE-DEFYING 72-year-old woman has revealed the beauty secrets behind her youthful-looking appearance.
Dr. Joyce Dermatologist explained how people are often surprised by how young her 72-year-old mother-in-law looks – and are desperate to know her skincare routine.
In a clip shared to TikTok (@teawithmd), her mother-in-law decided to share her morning and evening beauty routine – including a bargain £5 product she swears by.
"In the morning, I just wash my face with water and no soap and then I put my vitamin C which is Alto Advanced by Skinbetter," she begins.
"And then I use my moisturiser which is Shiseido Bio-Performance Advanced Super Revitalising Cream – a generous amount.
"And then I put my eye cream on – again, Shiseido Benefiance wrinkly smooth eye cream."

Lastly, she uses her sun cream – something which everyone has in their cupboards.
Next, the youthful 72-year-old moves onto her PM skincare routine.

Firstly, she double cleanses.
"At night, I cleanse my face with DHC Deep Cleansing Oil," she explains.

"And then wash my face using this Carave Hydrating Facial Cleanser."

The next step is to apply retinoid.

Dr. Joyce quips: "Dermatologist approved – I love your routine!"
She then takes to the comments section and points out that her mother-in-law's "most consistent skincare tip" is staying out of the sun, which she says she has done her whole life due to a sun allergy.
The post has since gone viral, racking up a whopping 1.8 million views and several comments from social media users.
