I’m a 64-year-old gym bunny and grandma – I think dumbbells are a woman’s best accessory | The Sun

A RIPPED 64-year-old personal coach has challenged all notions of what a woman in her 60s should look like.

The gym bunny and grandma also surprised fans in an Instagram post where she revealed her favorite accessories.

Celebrity coach and personal coach Lesley Maxwell would rather feel the weight of a dumbbell in her hand than a handbag.

In one of her posts this week, as reported in the Daily Star, Lesley confessed to owning more dumbbells than bags.

This revelation is not the thunderbolt it appears; she is dedicated to her body being beautiful and spends her working life in the gym.

Testament to that are the titles and championships she has gathered, running as long as her arm.

"Seriously, I have more dumbbells than handbags. Who's the same?"she asked.

Then added: "I think dumbbells are a woman's best accessory."

Lesley's 134,000 Instagram followers are avid devotees of her daily affirmations.

“I’m a much better person after a workout," she said in a post.
