IF YOU'VE got piles of stuff laying around your home waiting to be hung up – you're not alone.

Getting around to actually putting them up is easier said than done, especially when you have to go through the faff of measuring everything.

But one DIY whizz shared her genius hack that involves no measuring at all, making hanging picture frames , mirrors and art a breeze.

Gigi explained on Instagram: You're going to lay a piece of painters tape of the back of whatever you're hanging and poke holes where the holes are."

Then all you need to do is remove the tape and put it on your wall wherever you want to hang your frame.

Now you know exactly where you need to add the picture hooks, nails or holes, so there's no room for mistakes.
