She wore tight-fitting tie-dye leggings and a baggy white T-shirt.
Hilah was twisted with her side profile on full display.
Her caption read: "When I found out the 'glute trick.'"

At first glance, Hilah appeared to be standing sideways regularly.
But her clever trick was hidden.

Hilah's right leg was straightened out, and her left leg was slightly bent.
The left foot was pointed down, propping her leg at a 90-degree angle.
You could see the bottom of her left shoe poking out from behind the right leg.
This hack flexed and enlarged her glutes in the mirror.
Hilah asked: "Why did it take me so long to learn it?"
