I’m a plus-size personal trainer who weighs more than 200 lbs – people always ask me the same questions | The Sun

A PLUS-SIZE trainer is out to prove that big women can also smash it in the gym.

But first TikToker @bodyposigirlgetsfit has to wade through the doubters, who can’t believe a 200+lb woman can even be a personal trainer in the first place.

Undaunted by these detractors, she has posted a video to her platform demonstrating that trainers come in all shapes and sizes.

“We are not all the same,” she says in her post.

She creates content to promote, “personal training, fitness, and self-love.”

In her video, wearing figure-hugging gym tights and a midriff-revealing sports top, she has fun revealing some of the questions she is asked as a plus-sized personal trainer.

“Can you do a pull-up?” is one.

While another asks: “Can you bench 135lbs?”

Even: “Can you do a full push-up?”

At the end of her post, she is cheerily exasperated at the questions.
