I’m Aldi obsessed and there are three things you need to race to pick up right now – they are life-changing | The Sun

SUPERMARKET fans will already know that Aldi has lots of hidden gems stocked on their shelves.

But one savvy shopper has shared how there are three food items that are the best of the best, and that fellow bargain hunters should get their hands on right away.

Emilie Musson, who has made a name for herself sharing bargain buys on her social media account, revealed her top three items and sang their praises.

The shopping obsessed social media user, who lives in Nottingham, explained: “These are my three favourite Aldi products that I just think everyone needs to know about.”

Kicking off the list with her favourite breakfast item, Emilie continued to her 18.3k followers on the social media platform: “Oh my God, these cheesy hashbrowns have become my absolutely favourite thing to have for my breakfast.”

Emilie said not only did the hash browns – which cost £2.19 – taste amazing but they can also be cooked quickly and easily in the Air Fryer at home.

She said: “You literally put them in the Air Fryer for like 5-10 minutes, put on loads of ketchup and they’re just the nicest thing ever.

“They are so cheesy. Ugh, I love them.”

Reiterating how much she can’t get enough of the DIY fast food, she added something in the caption to her post on her TikTok account @emilie_musson.

Emilie wrote: “Please @AldiUk Never discontinue the cheesy hashbrowns.”

She then revealed what the second item on her must-buy shopping list is, as she picked up a £1.89 product.

These were the supermarket’s own brand’s dupe of popular Oreo biscuits – but Aldi’s are called Cookies & Cream and she said they’re even better.

Emilie continued: “I’m not actually a fan of Oreos, I find them quite dry.

“But these Cookies & Cream ones – wow!

“They are covered in chocolate and they’re just the nicest thing to have with a cup of tea.”

Last but not least, the savvy shopper said she regularly buys her favourite dinner from Aldi – their £2.49 southern fried chicken burgers.

Emilie explained: “Oh my God, they’re amazing!

“I do the burgers with a brioche bun, obviously from Aldi, loads of ketchup, and a big slice of cheese.”

And she also revealed a further tip she’s recently picked up – making her own unique coleslaw type filling to accompany them.
