A WOMAN who is "fat and happy" has told how she proudly flaunts her plus size body in a bikini, and doesn't care what people think.
Ashley Romano (@biggirlfitgirl) shared a video where she can be seen flaunting her body in a two piece at a beach.
In the brief clip posted to TikTok, she slaps her thighs before exclaiming: "Now this is a bikini body!"
In a second clip, she can be seen confidently dancing at a pool party while wearing a pink leopard print bikini.
"Three big girls walk into a pool party…and have the best time ever!" she says.
"That's it…there's no joke.

Alongside the video, she went on to explain that at one time in her life, she never thought she'd go to a pool party in south Florida, wearing a two-piece.

"Can’t help but think about when I was 120lbs lighter and went to a nighttime pool party and wore a cover up because I didn’t think my body looked good enough," she penned.
"Also can’t help but think about less than a year ago when I went to a bar and had to leave 15 mins later because all the people and loud music gave me a panic attack.

"At this party there were lots of people, lots of “perfect” bikini bodies and the music was loud AF & I had soooooo much fun."
She went on to say how she had to "choose" to make it fun, before admitting she was out of her "comfort zone."
"I also had to choose not to care what anyone’s opinion of me, my body or my lovely dancing skills were," she continued.
"Every time I got out of the pool, every time i felt like someone was looking at me, and every time I caught myself comparing (the killer of all joy) I want to be okay with my body.
"I don’t want to hide.
"I don’t want to miss out on social events. I don’t want to miss out on life."
The video has since gone viral, racking up over 133k views and hundreds of comments – with many commending Ashley on her confidence.
"Loooove it – yaaaaas beautiful," praised one.
A second enthused: "Love your confidence."
A third commented: "You’re AMAZING! I would give anything to have your confidence!"
