WITH temperatures set to soar this weekend, people will be eager to find a solution to prevent that painful feeling of chafing between the inner thighs.

But one midsize fashion fan has come up with the perfect hack to stop "chub rub" – and it's all thanks to a £18.99 product from H&M.

Lily Melrose, who is size 14, took to TikTok and shared a short video where she urged anyone who suffers with chub rub to take note.

In the clip, she begins: "I've been meaning to make this video for a while and as the sun is out I thought it'd be the perfect time to answer this question – what do I wear under my dresses?"

Lily continues: "I've recently been wearing these shorts which are from H&M and honestly they're a game-changer and a new staple in my wardrobe."

I wear a lot of skirts and dresses and like most people I get chub rub."

My thighs rub together, it's normal!"
