A FITNESS instructor has revealed her secret for the perfectly rounded rear end.
But this was no quick fix: it required a lot of dedication and some sacrifices too.
Nonetheless, there was some cynicism over how Sarah Johnston (@sarahjohnstonfit) got the body she has today.
Sarah uses her TikTok to share her life path in the gym, from weight training to food plans.
Her focus is on achieving a body to be proud of.
In a recent post, she demonstrated how she achieved the glutes many aspire to.
But the doubters questioned her, suggesting she may have gone under the scalpel and even had surgery.
Rubbish said, Sarah.
“Yes, you have to work out too," she said in her post, describing herself as "Slim thick."
Her method, alongside a disciplined exercise regime, involved a simple diet change.

“Foods I ate to make my glutes bigger," she said.
These included: “Chicken breast, eggs, brown rice, protein shakes, and avocado.”
There was a lot of interest, with her video attracting over 148,000 likes and a lively comment section.
Some were fully signed up members to her glute action plan, while others remained to be convinced.
"Which doctor?" was one cynical view, followed by: “No, it’s just in her genes.”
Many more were eager to have a go.
“Literally my favorite foods," said one fan.
The final comment admitted to feeling motivated: “I’ll try all this, you are an amazing girl, this is inspiring.”
