But if you're fed up of waking up to wet windows every morning, then no fear…because a cleaning whizz has revealed a simple 99p trick to get rid of condensation in an instant.


And all you need is a kitchen staple.

The woman named Beth took to TikTok (@bethandhudson) and explains: “Just a little tip to help with condensation on your windows at this time of the year.

"All you need is some dishwashing liquid and a cloth."

She can then be seen squeezing the soap onto a cloth before wiping down the inside of her windows.

However, the cleaning whizz warns: "Avoid putting too much that it causes the windows to go streaky."

After you've wiped the windows down with the popular kitchen staple, condensation should soon be a problem of the past.

"As the steam has no smooth surface to latch onto, it is unable to form a fog on the mirrors and windows in your homes covered in soap.

"Instead, these droplets conglomerate and form in other parts of the room, including sports and skylights, provided that the conditions are right."

And it's not the only trick people have been using to try and get rid of condensation.
