Marsai Martin commemorated her milestone 18th birthday with a fabulous Shrek-themed party. On Sunday, Aug. 14, the “Black-ish” actor, who’s the youngest executive producer in Hollywood history, donned her most glamorous look for the momentous occasion. Offering her take on a modern-day Princess Fiona, she donned a dramatic emerald-green gown decorated with crystal embellishments, custom-made by Da Shoné by DaSh.

The show-stopping satin dress featured a plunging deep-V neckline, a thigh-high leg slit, and a built-in corset, in addition to ruffle detailing adorning the sides of the skirt. Martin worked with stylist Bryon Javar to execute the fairy-tale theme; the custom piece also came with sheer opera gloves and a padded cape adorned with gems to match. Sporting a new copper hair color, she completed the look with silver stilettos, intricate earrings, and an assortment of rings over her gloves.

Martin was joined by quite the fashionable guests at the “Far Far Away” party, including Kelly Rowland in a mustard-yellow Lia Stublla dress boasting a high slit and off-shoulder neckline, as well as Karrueche Tran in a black corset and sheer skirt by Vintage Marcela.

Establishing herself as a rising style icon, the “Little” actor has never been afraid to take fashion risks on the red carpet and beyond. At the BET Awards in June, she dazzled in a glittery silver fringe dress, while more recently at the “Nope” premiere, she wore a cool, deconstructed black minidress with an asymmetrical hemline.
