THEY stopped selling them back in 2018.
But fans of McDonald's toffee sundaes reckon they've found a sauce that tastes exactly the same as the one used in them.
Christina took to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook to share a picture of the Carnation Caramel Drizzle she'd picked up.
"This was recommended on here as the sauce tastes like McDonald’s caramel sundae sauce (I used to love them) and I think it does," she wrote.
"Never tried it before. Kids loved it too."
In the accompanying snap, she showed the ice cream sundaes she'd put together, using the caramel sauce.

"How did you make this?" one person asked.
To which Christina replied: "I just put the sauce all around the glass and added ice cream and threw in some chocolate and a Time Out to finish off."
The Carnation Caramel Drizzle is £2.70 in Asda, where Christina got it from, but others said they found it cheaper in B&M.
"I used to love them too and just been on holiday to Santorini and they do them at their McDonald’s I had to have one, wish they still did them here," one person commented on the post.

As another added: "Need this! I was literally just on about the McDonald's toffee sundae!"
"Next mission!!! I need this," a third insisted.
And others revealed the desserts they've used the caramel sauce, making them even tastier.
"Lovely with a bowl of fruit and whipped cream, I had it last night," one wrote.
"Love it on pancakes with banana and ice cream. Also makes a nice milkshake," another added.
As a third wrote: "Have this drizzled over apple crumble cake n ice cream yum!"
"We’ve used this for years on pancakes with strawberries, banana & squirty cream," someone else added.
"It is such a great tasting sauce with the perfect consistency.

"Wife also used it for caramel macchiatos. We tried others, but this one is the one we prefer."
Another said the sauce is perfect for a coffee, writing: "My daughter uses this to make cold coffees at home."
