Mum shares video of messy home urging other parents to ‘keep it real’ but trolls brutally slate the state of her house | The Sun

A MUMFLUENCER decided to let her followers see inside her home in a bid to show them that not everything is as it appears on social media.

But while some praised her for making them feel better, others slammed the state of her house, with some even branding her “lazy”.

Mum and influencer Taylor Paul, who has built up a big following on her TikTok account @taylorfrankiepaul, uploaded a video titled: “Your room is a reflection of your mind.”

The woman then pans around her living space, as her family relaxed in the background.

Immediately, the camera captures her living room, with blankets and kids’ toys strewn on the floor.

As she continues to show every corner of her room, everyone can see that the kitchen is equally untidy.

I’m a mum of 14 and make my kids do the housework every day including Christmas

Not only is the dishwasher open, but there’s also bowls and cutlery all over the kitchen counters.

There’s also what appears to be the reminder of takeaway food sitting nearby, with two drinks left out.

Elsewhere, in the hallway to Taylor’s home, there’s a highchair blocking the way.

That’s placed next to a collection of clothes and other household items all piled up on top of each other.

Meanwhile, the bedroom features an unmade bed, as the floor is almost impossible to see as it’s covered in clothes and toys.

The same can be said for every single other bedroom that Taylor shows.

The bathroom is also in need of a clean, with beauty products laid out everywhere, even spilling out of cupboards.

While some praised the mum-of-two for being “relatable”, others said just the thought of having a house so untidy made them feel stressed.

One wrote: “How did it reach this point? I’m having a panic attack!”

Another added: “I could never live in such a mess, how do you do it?”

A third wrote: “Scary, that gives me anxiety just seeing it.”

Meanwhile a fourth joined in the conversation as they  cruelly said: “This is disgusting and plain lazy.”

Some even said that seeing the situation in Taylor’s house had encouraged them to have a tidy up as they didn’t want their own home descending into similar chaos.

One commented: “I felt this and got off the couch, put music on and cleaned, felt great, thank you for helping to get me motivated.”
