A MUM has been trolled after revealing the drastic measures she is ready to take to ensure her three children don't fight during a long road trip.

With school holiday just around the corner, more parents are taking their kids on holiday, whether that's a short getaway or a drive to the countryside.

Amongst those taking her kids somewhere is also savvy mum Jane, believed to be from the US.

A parent to three kids, two sons and a daughter, Jane is no stranger to fights – but to keep the long road trip somewhat peaceful, she had come up with an idea.

As the family had to drive a total of a whopping 16 hours, Jane wanted to keep it as quiet as possible – and to ensure this, she divided the kids in the car with… a massive sheet of cardboard.

In the now-viral video posted on TikTok, the mum could be seen proudly revealing her parenting hack, with the three offsprings sitting in the backseats.
