THE cold weather brings a whole host of problems – including how to get your wet laundry dry inside your home.
But if you're looking for a cheap and cheerful way to solve the problem, then you're in luck…because it turns out all you need is a bed sheet.
In a clip posted to TikTok (@chloemart15), a woman named Chloe explains: "Life hack you need to know – especially if you're a mum.
"So I moved back with my parents just under a year ago, so we are a family of six anyway, so living back on my parents is just doubled it all up.
"It's absolutely manic – the washing is never ending.
"When I say I am constantly washing…I am constantly washing."

Chloe goes on to say how she's seen the heated Maiden clothes airer going around but notes that because it needs plugging in, it's likely going to double the electricity bills.
"We're already paying double because there's so many of us being back at home with my parents," she says.
So instead, she decided to try the bed sheet trick and admits she's "obsessed with it."
Chloe explains: "I've got through so many washes and literally dried them all and got them away – and it's not affected heating up the house or anything.
"It's not cost us any more money with keeping the heating on – it's literally a little radiator that I use at the back of the house and it's in the kitchen…"

Placing a bed sheet over the heated radiator, she says: "When I cover that up, it's not really affecting the heat of the house.
"All the other radiators are free, so the house is getting nice and lovely and warm, so we're not keeping it on for any longer.
"I literally put this bed sheet down the back of the radiator, cover it all around the sides to pocket all the heat in, and honestly, it gets so warm and the clothes dry so quick, and c
Chloe captioned the post: "Life hack every mum needs!"
The post has since gone viral, racking up over 155k views and several comments from very impressed social media users.
"Heated airer is overrated I borrowed one of my friend and I didn’t really like it," wrote one.
A second penned: "Omg I’m running to put a load on your try this… just had a baby and tumble has broken!"
A third commented: "I hang a wash up overnight to the evening next day then 10 mins in the dryer fold when warm – job done, no ironing!"
