WITH a heatwave on the horizon, it seems summer has finally arrived – perfect timing to dig out that bikini.

Picking a style that suits your body type can be tricky, especially for ladies with a bigger bust – as former Page 3 beauty Rhian Sugden, 35, knows only too well.

Rhian recently opened up about the painful reality of having a 34F chest, which causes her to have a "hunched over" posture.

She told how it means she can't wear "nice outfits" because many tops and dresses don't accommodate her chest.

Rhian, who is married to actor Oliver Mellor, admitted she "was tempted" to get a breast reduction but was worried about the scarring it could leave her with.

But there is one bikini style she swears by. Here, to mark National Bikini Day today, Rhian shares her secret formula for the perfect itsy bitsy two-piece.

MY bikini style has changed so much over the years.

DD+ bikinis do exist, but the majority of them have thick set straps and are either over-supportive, so your chest is on your chin, or they are under supportive with too much material – giving off serious granny vibes.

More recently I have found that some high street brands have started to cater for top heavier women like myself, giving us well-endowed sisters a chance to ditch the frump.

When I’m preparing for a beach hol I always try to pack several of my staple halter-neck bikinis.

That is by far my favourite style.

They hold you in as tight or as loose as you want.
