A WOMAN has shown her 90-year-old grandma's skincare routine and people say she looks decades younger.

Sarah Palmyra showed off her mum and gran on social media – and shared the secret to them looking younger.

In the clip, the beauty fan wrote: "My grandma started a skincare routine at 12 and told my mum to do the same and my mum showed me."

"3 generations of women: Age 90, 62, 28."

The women all smiled at the camera showing off their youthful looks and people quickly took to the comments asking for the routine.

One wrote: "Please drop the exact routine for those of us who are years behind!"

Sarah soon dropped her grandma's skincare routine.

"You know a lot of people were saying that they can't believe that you are older than 75," Sarah told her grandma in the clip.

"Am I already 90?" her grandma asked her daughter laughing.

She then showed off her full skincare routine which started with using a milky cleanser and cotton wool pads to clean her face.

Her gran used the Clarin's Velvet Cleansing Milk & Hydrating Toning Lotion and then used the Nivea Eye Makeup Remover.

To keep her skin hydrated, she used the Lancome Genifique Serum and Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Lift & Firm Night Cream.

She added that she uses the exact same products on her neck as she does her face.

Her gran also swore by pinching the neck skin lightly to get the blood flowing to help boost collagen.

The clips of the three woman and her nan's skincare routine soon went viral on her TikTok account @sarahpalmyra with over 900k views and 80k likes.

People in the comments were grateful for sharing the anti-ageing routine and couldn't believe how young her gran looked.

One person wrote: "hold up your grandma looks like she's 55, she absolutely doesn't look like 75. She's is so beautiful."

Another commented: "90!????? she looks INCREDIBLE."

"i would’ve put her in her late 60s. genuinely can’t believe she’s 90," penned a third.

Meanwhile a fourth said: "I'm 33 and I look older than your grandma."
