A FITNESS fanatic has shared the mortifying moment when she was almost kicked out of her local gym.

She vowed never to step out of the house again in the outfit that sparked the embarrassment.

Chrissy (@cgeooo) has garnered over 42,000 followers on TikTok, where she gives a glimpse into fun moments in her life.

She took to the social media platform to speak candidly about a humiliating experience that happened when she went to exercise.

She donned an oversized T-shirt as she filmed herself with a serious expression on her face.

The text over the video read: “The gym instructor thought I wasn’t wearing bottoms and nearly asked me to leave til he noticed… they’re leggings.”

Chrissy stepped back from the camera to reveal she was wearing nude color leggings that could be mistaken for skin.

She captioned the post: “Never wearing these leggings again [crying].”

She included the hashtags #embarrassed and #sendhelp.

The video went viral with hundreds of likes and commenters in hysterics as they refused to sympathize with her.

Another said: “No I’m screaming [crying].” A third chimed in: “I am dead [laughing].”

Other exercise enthusiasts have taken to TikTok after experiencing similar embarrassing wardrobe malfunctions at their gym.

Em (@emhayes2), who has over 12,600 followers on the social media platform, warned people not to buy a popular sportswear brand.

She teamed a cropped hoodie with matching black leggings as she stood in her kitchen.

She said: “Don’t buy Gymshark leggings unless you want them to rip while doing squats at the gym.”

Em lifted her leg to show a massive hole in the leggings on the inner thigh and loose thread hanging. 

She revealed that she had to get picked up from the gym because of the mishap

“Never felt so embarrassed,” she said.

Shannon (@muslce_baddies) was another gym-goer who thought her outfit was fine until she started to work out.

She donned a brown T-shirt with black shorts and high-top trainers as she positioned herself to do squats with a bar.

However, her friend Katelyn who was standing close by noticed a problem as soon as she started to exercise.

Katelyn said: “Bruh I hate to break it to you but I think your pants are see-through.”
