A WOMAN was left stunned when she discovered aged 15 that her name wasn't what she thought it was.
Gabrielle took to her TikTok page to share a video of herself looking sullen, as she wrote over the top: "Thinking about how my parents made a typo on my birth certificate.
"And I didn’t find out until age 15 that my real name is actually Babrielle."
Other people took to the comments section to reveal their own similar situations, with one writing: "My friend's legal name was baby girl Williams because her name was not decided at the time.
"Til she was like 12."
"my mom told me for like 12 years my name was spelled lilianna but on my birth certificate it’s liliana," another added.
