A CLEANING sensation has shared her solution that will banish bad cooking smells in minutes.
She said her two-ingredient potion will leave your room smelling fresh.
The idea came from professional household sprucer-upper Chantel Mila (@mama_mila_).
Her TikTok audience is phenomenal, with over 1.3 million followers and another 16.8 million likes.
It should come as no surprise that Chantel's platform is dedicated to “cleaning hacks and styling.”
Nothing has escaped her attention in her videos when it comes to household chores.
In this post, she tackled unpleasant smells and odors that could linger for far too long.
She it was something of a priority in her home. "So needed when my husband cooks," she said.
So she had a huge incentive to find a solution for pungent aromas.
“Rid cooking odors quickly with this simple tip," she wrote.

It was an incredibly easy hack and required just two ingredients.
It also took a very short time to create her magic mix, but the effects lasted a whole lot longer.
First, she simmered two cups of water in a saucepan and then added one cup of white vinegar.
“The acetic acid in vinegar helps neutralize odors," she said.
Then she placed sliced lemon in the pot: "Lemon leaves your kitchen smelling fresh.”
But you could use another citrus fruit if you preferred: “You can switch it out to lime if you prefer the smell.”
Chantel then wafted the pot around her room, emitting nice citrusy aromas.
Commenters loved her tip. “Great idea," said one fan.

Closing her post, another follower offered their own recipe: “I prefer a few apple slices with cinnamon and lemon.
