Queen Consort Camilla makes very subtle nod to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in new photoshoot – can you spot it? | The Sun

QUEEN Consort Camilla has made a very subtle nod to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in a brand new photoshoot.

Camilla, 75, was photographed in the Morning Room at Clarence House surrounded by a number of Paddington Bear toys with one perched on her knee.

King Charles' wife posed up with the furry toys for the 64th anniversary of the publication of the very first Paddington bear book.

But eagle-eyed fans looking past the iconic bears spotted that a beaming Camilla had a number of pictures of the late Queen and the royal family in the background.

And one snap including Harry and Meghan seemed to be a nod to the royal couple.

It showed the Queen Consort, the King, with the Prince and Princess of Wales, their three children and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on the occasion of Prince Louis' christening in 2018.

Despite the supposed rifts between the Sussexes' and the royal family, the placement of the photograph might have been hinting that Harry and Meghan are still in their thoughts.

Another picture in shot was a black and white close-up portrait of the Queen Mother – who was King Charles' grandmother.

Meanwhile, a third iconic snap taken of Her Majesty during her Diamond Jubilee in 2012 showed her in a dazzling gown alongside Prince Phillip.

Paddington had became a symbol for Queen Elizabeth II in the days following her death.

Royal fans then left Paddington Bear-themed tributes for the Queen last month as emotional mourners lined the streets for her funeral.

Mourners left so many stuffed toys, as well as the character's beloved marmalade sandwiches, amid the floral tributes that Royal Parks bosses had to urge them to stop.

It was revealed yesterday that the toys Camilla posed with will be given "good homes", just like the "real" Paddington Bear, and are to be donated to vulnerable children supported by the Barnardo's charity.

And Camilla, who held a Paddington Bear on her knees, was smiling brightly for the occasion.

During one ofher last public appearances ever,The Queen cheekily appeared in a sketch with Paddington Bear during the genius skit at the Platinum Jubilee.

In the heartwarming skit, Paddington hoped that Her Majesty was "having a lovely Jubilee" before she offered him some tea.
