Savvy shopper shares secret way to get tonnes of bonus Boots Advantage Points and it's SO easy | The Sun

A SAVVY Boots fan has revealed a secret hack for bagging heaps of extra points on your Advantage Card when shopping.

Like many retailers, high street beauty store Boots, too, have an Advantage Card issued to its loyal customers, where shoppers can earn so-called points.


Not only can you earn 'money' – which you can later use at the till – the card also comes with heaps of other benefits, such as certain deals and sales with customised offers.

One person who certainly makes the most of out her Advantage Card is Boots fan Emma, also known as @emmaflicc_ on TikTok.

But according to the shopper, there's an easy hack that will add a pile of extra points – and this is something Emma has been doing for a while.

Sharing the trick with fellow beauty fans, the whizz advised to first downloads the Boots' app on your phone and then add all your Advantage Card details.

Once done, Emma said to head to the View Offers section where you click on one that says ''Load''.

''That means that when you use your Advantage Card that offer will become available.

''Basically, what happens is I end up buying or meeting whatever the threshold of these offers, then all these additional points or discounts will automatically be applied at the checkout,'' she explained in the video.

For instance, if Emma was to buy a haircare product by Aveeno, she would get an additional 200 points

Another deal that was running was receiving a whopping 100 points when you bag £10 worth of vitamins and supplements.

''This isn't just in-store you guys, you can also do it online.

Advising fellow shoppers, Emma added that offers typically change around every three to four weeks – so make sure to keep your eyes peeled.

Fans raced to comments, where some revealed they were familiar with this money-saving hack.

One person wrote: ''Yep I do this as soon as I park outside boots every time.''

Another chimed in: ''Also they have a cosmetic packaging recycling scheme where you can get 500 points when you spend a tenner.''

''Also, i save my list up for when they have their triple points weekends or x amount points per £ spend. Bloody great for xmas spends,'' one customer added.
