DO you get flooded with Christmas cards each year, only to then throw them in the bin once the festive season is over?

Well, one savvy woman has revealed a very useful way you can reuse them – and turn them into creative gift tags for next year's presents.


Stacey Bellamy took to Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group and penned: "So every year I save all our Christmas cards we have been given to use the next year as gift tags on presents.

"Just cut out the Christmassy pictures and tape them on – not to everyone’s taste but I enjoy it, it recycles them and free gift tags every year."

She then shared a series of photos of her handiwork – and it's little surprise that social media users were left very impressed.

The post has since racked up over 2,000 likes and been flooded with hundreds of hundreds.

"These looks lovely! Much better than my scribbled in sharpie – great sustainable idea too," wrote one.
