One savvy shopper, Jo Mary-Elizabeth, was left stunned when browsing in her local Tesco, when she spotted the cut-price finds.

So if you want to give your home a mega transformation on the cheap, you’ll need to pay attention (and then run to Tesco). 

Thrilled with her cheap buys, Jo took to social media to alert other shoppers to the whopping discounts.

Posting on Facebook, on Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, a private group with a staggering 2.3 million members, Jo posted pictures of her front door, which was dressed with a beautiful wreath and a lovely leaf doormat.

She said: “Wreath was £15, now £3.75. 

“Doormat was £6, now £1.50. 

“Bargains of the day from Tesco and still lots of Autumn left to enjoy them.”

Not only did Jo give her front door a transformation with the Autumn leaf wreath and the ‘Welcome’ doormat, but she also decorated the entrance space with a variety of different coloured pumpkins too. 

Jo also attached a picture of her receipt, to prove just how cheap her bargain buys really were.

Costing Jo a total of £5.25, she saved a whopping £15.75 on her Autumn haul, so it’s no surprise that she was thrilled with her finds. 

Jo shared her post just 16 hours ago, but it has clearly left many stunned, as it has quickly racked up 333 likes and 131 comments.

Social media users were impressed with the discounts and were eager to bag themselves a bargain too, which many took to the comments to express.

One person said: “Been waiting for this. Apparently in stock at my local too.” 

Another added: “Knew I should have called in Tesco.” 

A third commented: “Love the wreath.” 

At the same time, another bargain hunter penned: “I want this!”

Whilst someone else wrote: “I wanna go.”

Meanwhile, another savvy shopper expressed: “For the price I don't even mind that the wreath is a lil tacky.”
