What to Expect When the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Officially Returns

The Victoria’s Secret fashion show will officially return for 2023, although few details have been announced. The brand’s Chief Financial Officer Tim Johnson reportedly shared the news during the company’s fourth-quarter earnings call on Friday, March 3, according to USA Today. A Victoria’s Secret & Co. spokesperson told POPSUGAR that the spectacle to come will revolve around the new mission to champion women’s voices, stating: “As we’ve previously shared, our new brand projection and mission will continue to be our guiding principle. This will lead us into new spaces like reclaiming one of our best marketing and entertainment properties to date and turning it on its head to reflect who we are today. We’re excited to share more later this year.”

Of course, we can likely expect that the fashion show will involve the VS Collective, a list that includes Hailey Bieber, Bella Hadid, Adut Akech, Priyanka Chopra, Megan Rapinoe, Valentina Sampaio, Paloma Elsesser, and Naomi Osaka. The group was established to usher the lingerie giant into a more inclusive and empowering future. These women are all pioneers of leadership in their fields, and will likely have a say in the casting process, accompanying campaigns, and the show itself.

Most recently, Victoria’s Secret launched an Undefinable campaign to celebrate Women’s History Month, featuring Paloma Elsesser, Eileen Gu, and Adut Akech. And the earlier holiday campaign put Hailey Bieber, Mayowa Nicholas, and Devyn Garcia in the spotlight. About a year before that, Sofía Jirau made history as the first model with Down syndrome.

Ahead, find out what we know so far about the return of the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
