You have 20/20 vision if you can spot the dog hidden in the kitchen in less than 10 seconds | The Sun

YOU might just have 20/20 vision if you can spot the dog hiding in its kitchen in less than ten seconds.

Viewers were left perplexed after finding out that there was a sneaky canine hidden somewhere within a video uploaded onto TikTok.

The optical illusion was shared by TikToker Sherif El Sahly (@sherifelsahly) and has since gone viral.

On first glance, you are presented with a seemingly regular kitchen, with all the usual appliances included.

Two rugs and a silver pedal-bin appear to be the only objects situated on top of the tiled floor kitchen in the middle of the picture.

But somewhere within lies a puppy, who hides in plain sight.

The video explains that "only 4% of people can find the hidden dog in this kitchen", as viewers are immediately put to the test.

Sherif reveals that it took him five minutes to spot the dog and has challenged viewers to see if they can do it in less.

It can be expected that the dog will be somewhere on the floor, with it unlikely it will be in the sink or on top of a kitchen counter.

As a result, viewers will expect to find it on top of the tiled floor or perhaps lying on one of the rugs.

On close inspection of all three, it still remains a tough challenge for even the sharpest of eyes.

But if you look hard enough, you'll be able to spot it – just.

Situated on top of the black rug in the bottom right hand corner is, in fact, the dog in question.

Clearly using it's black fur to blend it, it's no wonder people have been left tearing their hair out as its location.

Sherif shared the video to his 2.5 million followers and encouraged them to comment how long it took them to find the dog.

One user said it took them "a couple of minutes", while another said it"took me 20 seconds to find it".

However, more eagle eyed viewers were quick off the mark and managed it in under ten seconds.

One person commented: "3-4 seconds".

A second said: "I found it immediately. less than 3 seconds".
