Aldi is selling entire meals inside Yorkshire puddings – and fans are drooling

Brits love a Yorkshire pudding. While they're a staple on a roast dinner, they're loved so much they've also been seen in wraps and even been covered with sweet sauces on occasions.

Now one supermarket has taken the food to the next level by serving entire meals inside them. Aldi cheekily told people "Sunday dinner is sorted" on Instagram as they shared snaps of the filled puds.

Flavours include sausage and mash, chicken and beef – and the creations left people drooling. Alongside the picture, the supermarket wrote: "These filled Yorkshire Puddings come in Chicken, Sausage AND Beef so you can decide what you fancy! Pick them up in store now!"

In the pictures you see massive Yorkshire puddings stuffed with various fillings. They look super tempting and comforting, especially as the colder nights are drawing in.

Since the foodie creation was shared, hungry Brits have been keen to try them as over 3,000 people liked the post so far. People are saying how delicious they look, and veggies are also crying out for meat-free options.

If the way to your heart is a Yorkshire pud, then you may want to put these on your to-try list. Aldi said they're available in store now but, based on their popularity online, it seems like lots of people will be keen to snap them up quickly.

One person said: "These are amazing. Can you sell them all year round please?" Another added: "Omg they’ve added sausage and mash this year."

A third replied: "Oh wow @aldiuk smashing it again." Meanwhile, a fourth commented: "These are giving home cooked comfort food vibes."

It's not the only good news to hit Aldi customers this week, as days ago it was announced the supermarket is launching its first ever pizza delivery service across three cities from Tuesday, October 3 – and it'll serve up some super tasty offerings.

Even though the pizzas are inspired by Domino's, they're up to 83% cheaper, coming in at just £3.99 each.

Launching in three key student locations across the UK – Manchester, Edinburgh and Cardiff – the release will coincide with Fresher’s Week.
