Biohacker Bryan Johnson who spends $2m a year to reverse his biological age reveals results of ‘project baby face’ | The Sun

A BIOHACKER who spends $2million a year on age-reversal techniques has revealed the results of his “project baby face”.

Billionaire Bryan Johnson, 46, takes over 100 pills a day and has 30 doctors on hand as part of his Blueprint project to stay young forever.

The former tech tycoon reportedly has the lung capacity of an 18-year-old but suggested he was unhappy with how he looked facially after losing weight from his cheeks.

At the start of the year, he decided to start the 'baby face project' to make himself appear as young as his body is inside.

This week, he revealed the results on X – formerly known as Twitter.

Writing in a post, he said: “I got really skinny the first year of Blueprint and lost a lot of facial volume.

“We started Project Baby Face 10 months ago. How are we doing?”

In January, he wrote: “Hearing my face is not an 18 yr old; commencing project Baby Face.

“In case you're wondering, we've focused on maximally slowing my speed of ageing

“Caloric restriction (25 per cent) being a primary driver, which also has the harmless side effect of facial volume loss.”

Bryan made his fortune in his 30s when he sold payment processing company Braintree to eBay for £600million.

He said the gruelling lifestyle of being a CEO left him overweight and depressed, coming close to suicide at his lowest ebb.

The father-of-three started Blueprint in 2021 as a means of rebooting his physical and mental health, and claims to have reduced his biological age by more than five years.

The regime involves shunning sunlight, eating precisely 2,250 calories a day and having his last meal at 11am.

He has even gone as far as swapping his own blood with that of his 18-year-old son, draining a litre each time in the hope of regenerating his own.

Details of “project baby face” remain sparse, but some users on social media speculated he has started using collagen and chemical peels to achieve younger looking skin.

He's shared details of his 'skin protocol' to his Instagram, showing himself receiving a treatment of 'intense pulsed light' using a device known as the Exilis Ultra 360 – a radio frequency device that claims to tighten skin and reduce wrinkles.

Bryan previously told The Sun: “I'm revolting against the culture of death… In the 21st century, the only goal is not to die. It's the rallying cry for the 21st century, those two words, 'Don't die'.”

He insists what he's doing is not a ‘vanity project’, but a ‘science project’ for the entire human race.
