B&M set to close one more store in weeks – full list of affected areas in 2023

B&M is set to shut the doors on its store located in Westmorland Retail Park, Cramlington, Northumberland on November 4.

However, the branch is relocating to Manor Walks Shopping Centre (Formerly a Gala Bingo) in Cramlington, Northumberland, and scheduled to open a week later on November 11.

The beloved store, known for its diverse stock, has closed a number of premises in recent months, including the Kiln Lane branch in Reading which shut on August 19.

Similarly to the plans for the Cramlington branch, the Kiln Lane store was relocated to a bigger site in Brunel Retail Park – a stone’s throw away from the previous site.

The larger store, measuring some 22,826 square feet, opened its doors to B&M fans on August 26.

B&M Brunel’s store manager said: “We wanted a bigger and better store for our customers, giving them even more big, branded products.

“We hope customers are going to be delighted with their new store and garden centre, we’re really excited to get the doors open very soon.”

It’s a busy autumn period for B&M as they are set to open seven new stores in addition to expanding their Gateshead branch.
