Bono’s daughter, Eve Hewson, poked fun at her nepo baby status amid controversy, joking she isn’t yet “successful enough” for the title.

After New York magazine published a viral article about nepotism in Hollywood last week, the 31-year-old tweeted that she was “pretty devastated” to not have been featured.

“haven’t they seen my hit show Bad Sisters???” she wrote on Tuesday of her Apple TV+ series. “The NERVE.”

After adding that one of her “2023 goals” is to “be successful enough to get recogni[z]ed as a nepo baby,” a Twitter user pointed out that Hewson is included in the spread’s “musicians who raised actor” section.

“HOLY FORK,” the “This Must Be the Place” star subsequently tweeted. “I HAVE JUST BEEN MADE AWARE I HIT MY 2023 GOALS AND IT’S STILL 2022.”

Four days later, Hewson asked “Twitter bots and girlos” to have a “sense of humor” and not take her tweets “too seriously” instead of calling her a “spoiled brat.”

“Try to be kind,” she continued on Saturday. “We all need a little bit more kindness in the world.”

Hewson also acknowledged the “privilege” she and her siblings — Jordan, 33, Elijah, 23, and John, 21 — have as the children of the 62-year-old U2 frontman.

“I have always been very keen to state how much my father’s name helped me get a start in acting,” she wrote. “I am beyond grateful for the opportunities I’ve had in my life.”

Lily-Rose Depp, Zoë Kravitz and more stars’ kids have addressed their nepo baby status in recent months, with Kate Hudson most recently reacting.

“We’re a storytelling family,” the “Glass Onion” star, who was raised by Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, told The Independent on Saturday. “It’s definitely in our blood. People can call it whatever they want, but it’s not going to change it.”

The Fabletics co-creator, 43, noted that doesn’t “really care” about criticism, claiming that there is “way more” nepotism in other industries.
