Chrissy Teigen is celebrating one year of sobriety while reflecting on her past relationship with booze.

“Not a drop of alcohol in 365 days!” she announced Monday on Instagram with a video showing her hanging out with her husband, John Legend, and their kids, 6-year-old daughter Luna and 4-year-old son Miles.

Teigen admitted she sometimes misses “feeling loopy and carefree” but acknowledged that drinking just didn’t give her “that fun feeling” toward the end.

“I drank to end crazy anxiety that later mostly went away when I — get this — quit drinking!” she explained, adding that she feels “really good” despite sometimes getting “frustrated” over the days she should “remember way better.”

She gave a few examples, “like when I drank cafe patron and fell asleep while an Outback Steakhouse chef taught me (my friends) how to make a bloomin onion at my house.

“I wish I was awake for that.”

The model-turned-cookbook author also wishes she “remembered really any awards show,” noting that she often looks at pictures of herself “from huge moments in life” and feels her eyes look “gone.”

Some of the photos, she explained, are from “real work shoots,” while others captured “beach days with the family.”

“While I honestly STILL don’t know if I’ll never have a drink again, I do know I never want to be that way again. And for now, none is best,” she wrote. “I’ll let the bad dreams come up and try to sort them out in therapy, without booze.”

Teigen, 36, concluded her post by tagging Outback Steakhouse and asking for “a blooming onion redo.”

Thousands flooded the comments section with messages of congratulations, including her Grammy-winning hubby.

“Soooooo proud of you, my strong beautiful wife!” Legend, 43, gushed, while supermodel icon Naomi Campbell added, “Well done @chrissyteigen .. it’s better on this side. I love being in recovery. Sending love ❤️.”

Teigen has celebrated different milestones in her journey to year-long sobriety, including at her six-month mark and her 50-day mark.

She began experimenting with bouts of sobriety in November 2020, sharing the news with her fans the following month.

At the time, she credited Holly Whitaker’s book, “Quit Like a Woman: The Radical Choice to Not Drink in a Culture Obsessed with Alcohol,” for inspiring her decision to sober up.

Teigen has been open about her struggles with alcohol in recent years, revealing in 2017 that she was cutting back on booze because she didn’t know how to have just one drink. At the time, she noted that alcohol abuse runs in her family.
