Emmerdale’s Alex Moss actor’s jaw-dropping body transformation as fans brand him an ‘inspiration’

Actor Kurtis Stacey is best known for playing resident heartthrob farmer Alex Moss on Emmerdale between 2011 and 2012.

In the decade since his stint on the long-running ITV soap, the actor has become totally unrecognisable and undergone an incredible body transformation.

Fans can’t believe how muscular the star has become, and have branded him “gorgeous” and an “inspiration” to those looking to hit the gym more often and get into better shape.

Kurtis, 33, is clearly super passionate about fitness and now lists his occupation as both actor and health and fitness professional, and has leant his acting talents to appearances in fitness and protein adverts in recent years.

Kurtis also regularly posts snaps of him in the gym to his own personal Twitter account that show him lifting some serious weights, as well as a series of motivational quotes.

“We must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of disappointment,” he writes in one post, while in another he suggests building a workout playlist to keep you motivated.

“Ask yourself what things you need in order to be fit and healthy – building a wealth of motivational and inspirational tools is a start,” the star wrote, before advising his fans to plan their diets and always remember to “train hard.”

Kurtis’ fitness advice has garnered him quite the online following, and he boasts more than 130,000 followers on his Twitter account.

As well as posting about his fitness journey, Kurtis also uses the account to update fans on plenty of the acting work he’s doing.

He’s appeared in a number of pantomimes and stage plays in recent years and looks to be doing a lot of modeling too.

However, he’s still best known for his role as farmhand Alex Moss on Emmerdale, despite his limited time on the show.

Alex became something of a fan favorite among viewers when he was hired by John Barton and immediately became a hit among the women in the village, including John’s own wife Moira.

However, despite his popularity, Alex met a very grisly fate.

Alex was murdered by Cameron Murray in a brutal Christmas Eve killing.

Cameron had told Alex that he had savagely murdered Carl King in October that year, but, despite Alex being sworn to secrecy, grew paranoid that Alex would spill the beans and land him in prison.

Cameron, who was played by Dominic Power, ultimately decided to kidnap Alex on Christmas Eve and, though Alex briefly escaped into the woods, ended up silencing him forever and burying his body on the farm.

Alex’s body wasn’t unearthed until July 2013, months after he had been accusing of robbing another resident and skipping town.
