Euphoria star Chloe Cherry opened up to talk about her dream career when she was young and admitted she "just wanted to be hot and dumb".

The 25-year-old – who is best known for her role, Faye, in US series Euphoria – worked in porn industry before she landed an acting job.

Speaking to model Emily Ratajkowski in her "High Low" podcast, the ex-adult performer recalled she wanted to be a bimbo.

"I wanted something flashy, you know, like a show girl or a singer, which I can't sing at all," Chloe said.

"But most of them were just on stage half naked and I remember seeing two singers rubbing against them in a music video – that changed my life forever."

She said the early 2000s music videos gave her a "cool and desirable" image of how an adult woman should be like and how they get everybody to like them.

"I remember being like in third grade and being obsessed with Paris Hilton, I wanted to be like her," Chloe shared her flashback memory in the podcast.

"That makes no sense at all – how could you even be anything like Paris Hilton when you're in third grade!?

"Everyone is watching the show and the other one with Holly Madison…the Girls Next Door, those shows and all I wanted to be is like a bimbo."

Looking back, Chloe called it "crazy" when she realised the power of TV and magazine could change a mindset of a seven-year-old.

"It just made me want to be that more than anything in the world," she added.

"I just want to be hot and dumb… you know, a bimbo."

Elsewhere in the podcast, she also explained how working in porn industry was much safer than working as a waitress in a restaurant.

She felt more respected working with people in a porn set than facing male customers who tried to touch her in a restaurant.
