Fergie posts family pictures with Prince Andrew as fans beg for them to reunite

Sarah Ferguson caused a stir among her fans by posting smiling family pictures of her and Prince Andrew with their daughters.

The Duchess of York shared some snaps from the Trooping the Colour rehearsal causing fans to beg for her to reunite with the Queen's son.

Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie were also at the event which saw the Prince join the parade in his formal uniform.

One snap shows the family posing together with Fergie laughing as she looks up at her former husband.

Another sweet image shows the three ladies looking at Andrew from a balcony.

Fergie captioned the snaps: "So proud of  @hrhthedukeofyork  on parade today for The Colonel’s Review with  @grenadier.guards  at Horseguards and also my girls".

Numerous fans have since commented on the post begging the pair to get back together.

One wrote: "Just re-marry and make us all happy x".

Another said: "Thanks so much for sharing these photos !!! You all look so great and so happy!!! Such a wonderful family. I’d just love to see you and the Duke remarry or at least officially get back together. You two are soul mates and in my eyes The Greatest Royal Love Story. You two are meant to be."

A third added: "I think they will marry again, love in the air."

Rumours of a potential reunion between Fergie and Andrew have been swirling since Princess Eugenie's wedding last October.

Last month,  ITV Royal Editor  Chris Ship  reported Andrew and Fergie, who live together in Windsor, were "back together" more than 20 years after they divorced.

A report by the Sun claimed Andrew and Fergie are back in a romantic relationship that friends say makes them "friends with benefits".

Neither is dating or pursuing anyone else romantically, the report claims.

It is said Prince Philip has removed his objection to the relationship, with friends saying he "doesn't care" any more, the report added.

But Charles is adamantly opposed to the idea of Fergie becoming a royal again and believes she will look for ways to make money off her royal position, it is claimed.

A royal source claimed: "Charles is not OK with Fergie. He can’t stand her in reality.

“He thinks she’s brought embarrassment to the Royal Family in the past and his relationship with his brother has been strained as a result.

"There’s so much baggage because he feels she sided with Diana over Camilla all those years ago."

However, another royal source denied the claims, telling Mirror Online: "It is not correct to say that (Andrew and Fergie) are back together."

Fergie recently joined Andrew on a trip to Bahrain with daughter Beatrice and her boyfriend, property developer Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, fuelling rumours that their romance was back on.

However, the Duchess of York has denied claims that she's back with her ex-husband.

Her spokesman said: “The Duke and Duchess remain good friends as they have been for many years, and nothing has changed.”

A spokesperson for Andrew declined to comment at the time.

The Queen, meanwhile, has a personal relationship with Fergie, inviting her to Balmoral for summer visits.

Fergie has also told recently how she joins Her Majesty for tea at Ascot and Windsor Castle.

She also attended  Prince Harry  and Meghan Markle's wedding in May last year.

However, she doesn't get an invite to the Queen's estate in Sandringham, Norfolk, when Beatrice and Eugenie join their father and the rest of the royals for Christmas.

The Duchess of York landed in the  Royal Family's  bad books as the couple went through a dramatic and public separation in 1992 before divorcing in 1996.

The scandal led to her being shunned for years before relations began to thaw as their children grew older.

Behind it all, Sarah and Andrew have remained close and they reside together at Royal Lodge in Windsor.

Rumours of a reconciliation have continued to follow the couple and Fergie revealed in November last year that people keep asking her if they will remarry.

She said at the time that she and Andrew were "happy with the way we are right now" and the "happiest divorced couple in the world".
