Hello and welcome to our coverage of the release of Harry & Meghan, a new Netflix documentary that starts airing on the streaming service from 7pm (AEDT) Thursday.

Latika Bourke and Thomas Mitchell are tuning in from London and Sydney respectively as the first three episodes of the six-part series drops.

The pair will be providing expert commentary on what the series reveals, plus the potential impact on the royal family.

We’ve already been given some sneak peeks, with Meghan, Duchess of Sussex saying “when the stakes are this high, doesn’t it make more sense to hear the story from us?” in a trailer released last week.
