A-65-year-old mum-of-two claims that having the "best sex of her life" is the key to looking youthful.

Bobbi Parker Hall hit the headlines after revealing her top tips to staying fresh-faced in her 60s – claiming she looks “better now” than ever.

The bikini competitor, from Portland, Oregon, US, started her transformation following years of weight loss struggles.

Known for her muscular physique, she previously shared that the key to living a youthful life is to remain confident, focus on eating properly and not be afraid of weight training.

Now she has divulged more tips, including caring for the skin, refusing stereotypes – and most importantly, having lots of sex.

“It’s so crazy to realise that at my age, I am having the best sex of my life,” the fitness coach told Need to Know.

“I have now been happily married for seven years and this new dynamic has convinced me that a highly sexual connection is the undiscussed key to ageing well.

“The intimacy I share with my husband, Dean, has made me feel a deep sense of closeness and safety on so many levels, that I’m now enjoying multiple orgasms every time we have sex.

“This depth of pleasure and intimacy is a precious gift.

“It’s one of the most overlooked aspects of life.

“Sex doesn’t have to end at a certain age.”

The mum-of-two, who often competes in bikini tournaments, hopes to share her advice as part of her mission to help older women get into the best shapes of their lives.

She said: “In terms of physical tips, maintain muscle and flexibility, which can be built at any age.

“Keep a healthy weight and take time to care for your skin.

“Use body scrubs to keep it smooth, moisturised and hydrated.

“Get out in nature often too to reinvigorate the body, mind and spirit.

“Also, stay away from any products that contain too many chemicals.”

Bobbi also believes that perfecting the mindset is equally crucial to being physical when it comes to ageing well.

The 65-year-old said: “Make your personal peace a top priority in life and push yourself to keep growing in your relationship with yourself first.

“Refuse to allow any stereotypes of ageing to block you from attaining your goals.

“Be a positive role model for the next generation by identifying as a fit person no matter your age.

“Eagerly look for new ways to express yourself creatively, as a means of relaxation and stress reduction.

“It’s also vital to continue to explore new ways to grow, learn and find the courage to do what you’ve always wanted to do, but haven’t done so yet.”

Bobbi previously shared that fitness has helped her to recharge mentally, physically and emotionally since her divorce.

She added: “I have found [it] to be one of the best things to help with rebooting your life.

“I think it doesn't matter what our age is – women always want to feel attractive and desired.

“Even at 80 years old, I have seen it, we always care about the way we look.

“But don’t overdue cosmetic surgeries, go grey if you want, you just need to accept where you are at with your age.

“I am constantly amazed to find that the years I have spent challenging myself to stay fit in both body and mind have made it possible to overcome the stereotypes of being a senior.

“I’m moving forward in life having fun with my friends and family, having the deepest conversations and the greatest confidence.”
