WithI’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! set toreturn to our screens in a matter of days, the latest stars to swap their home comforts for Bushtucker Trials and witchetty grub have been spotted landing in Australia ahead of the launch.

One of those stars set to take on the I’m A Celeb jungle is radio DJChris Moyles, who was the first celebrity to make the gruelling journey from the UK to spend some time Down Under.

And while fans of the 48 year old may know Chris as being a former Radio 1 DJ and current presenter on Radio X, the media personality has also found himself the source of online speculation over his recent weight loss.

Since leaving his presenting gig on the Radio 1 breakfast show in 2012, Chris went on a health kick and worked on improving his fitness and getting in better shape.

Responding to speculation about how he lost weight,Chris took to Facebook in 2017 to put the record straight and explained that he’d slimmed down, not by dramatically reducing his caloric intake, but by cutting certain items from his diet.

“I stopped buying bread. Dramatically cut my lager intake,” he wrote. “Started eating better food and less c**p. Trained regularly.

“That’s it. I just wanted you to know I didn’t use any supplements and I still f*****g hate oatmeal. I’m off for a pint. Enjoy your weekend.”

Meanwhile, during an episode ofThe Kempcast with Ross Kemp in 2020, the star also opened up about his ongoing “issue with body dysmorphia” following his six stone weight loss.

During the brave conversation, the radio presenter admitted that he was “fascinated by body dysmorphia.”

Speaking to Ross, he said: “I really have an issue with body dysmorphia, which I think most people do.”

He also revealed that he trains up to five days a week and uses intermittent fasting, though isn’t as strict when it comes to his routine on the weekend.

“I don't have the metabolism of an 18 year old girl or boy, I just don't,” he said.

After touching down in Australia ahead of his time in the jungle, Chris toldthe Mirror that his time Down Under “should be nice, fingers crossed anyway.”

Alongside the radio personality, stars includingformer Love Islander Oliva Attwood, Coronation Street actress Sue Cleaver and Owner Warner have all been seen landing in the country.
