Joe Wicks has taken his mission to get more people fit and healthy global as he headed to Singapore for a few weeks to lead various workouts and fitness classes.

The 37 year old, who is known as The Body Coach, has jetted off with his wife Rosie and their three kids to the city in South East Asia and is live-streaming his workouts from some very impressive locations.

Joe livestreamed a workout from Singapore’s beautiful Marina Bay Sands hotel on 5 February.

A crowd of locals also gathered to participate in the workout and get their bodies moving, in a free sweat session that Joe says was booked up quickly.

The fitness fanatic then shared a series of short clips of the session to his Instagram, which saw legions of devoted fans copying his every move on matching black mats.

Joe simply captioned: “Wow Singapore.”

The free HIIT workout was a part of the Glow Festival, a wellness festival that describes itself as “Asia’s largest.”

But when he wasn’t working, Joe still found time to enjoy the city sights alongside his family.

The fitness influencer shared a series of snaps from inside Singapore conservatory Gardens by the Bay, which is a massive indoor tropical garden that boasts a staggering 1.5 million plants, from every continent on earth.

Entry to the huge project is 28 Singapore dollars – the equivalent of just over £17.

Describing his trip, Joe said that conservatory was “such a magical place” and a “must see” when traveling to Singapore.

He later showed a pic of him and his family enjoying a lavish light show from trees towering above them, but admitted that his daughter had fallen asleep having been defeated by her jet lag.

Ever the diligent Dad, Joe has made sure that his eldest daughter Indie, four, hasn't fallen behind on her schoolwork while they're away.

Explaining on his Instagram story, Joe wrote: “Indie is in reception class at school and is missing a few weeks of term time. Her teacher has created an awesome homework pack which we are doing everyday with her.”

The doting dad, who recently revealed he wants five kids eventually, then shared a short clip of Indie, short for Indigo, colouring and writing with his followers.

Joe also has two younger kids – son Marley, three, and the family newest arrival, a baby girl named Leni Blossom, who he and his wife welcomed in September 2022.
