And there are a few restrictions on who can apply.
The current resident of the luxe apartment is looking for a new flatmate who doesn't smoke, and who doesn't have pets.

The flat can be found in The Lancasters development, where a two-bedroom apartment is listed on estate agents Savills’ website for a whopping £8.95 million.
