Julia Louis-Dreyfus described son Charlie Hall’s performance as Andrew in “The Sex Lives of College Girls” as “dynamite” — despite having to watch some of his steamy sex scenes.
“It’s a very racy show,” the 62-year-old actress told Jimmy Kimmel, when asked whether or not she watched the HBO series.
“I did watch the show and I think he was, you know, really great,” she added with a laugh. “He was adorable. He was f—king some girl in the library and I thought it was dynamite.”
The late-night talk show host then joked, “It makes you feel good about teaching him how to read, right?” to which the “Seinfeld” star quipped back, “Totally.”
“Being at a school where people obviously take academics really seriously, it was easy to pull from that,” he continued, noting that he “never met anyone who was an outright d–k” but there were definitely people that came “close.”
Louis-Dreyfus and husband Brad Hall are also the parents of son Henry, 30, who has pursued a career in the music industry.
