Kanye West reportedly idolized Adolf Hitler so much that he wanted to name his 2018 album after the infamous world leader.

Four separate sources confirmed to CNN on Thursday that the rapper, 45, had suggested that his eighth studio album be called “Hitler” before he eventually changed it to “Ye.”

Reps for West and Universal Music Group, the record label that represents him, did not immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.

A business executive, who claimed to have worked for the Yeezy CEO, also told CNN that West allegedly had an “obsession” with Hitler and that the father of four spoke openly about reading “Mein Kampf,” the 1925 autobiographical manifesto written by the Nazi Party leader.

“He would praise Hitler by saying how incredible it was that he was able to accumulate so much power and would talk about all the great things he and the Nazi Party achieved for the German people,” the former colleague alleged.

This is not the first time that West’s alleged affinity for the Fuhrer has been made known.

Earlier this month, a former TMZ reporter claimed that the “All Falls Down” rapper said he “loved Hitler and the Nazis” during a rant at the news organization’s offices.

In light of West’s anti-Semitic comments on Instagram, Van Lathan alleged on his ”Higher Learning” podcast, “I mean, I was taken aback because that type of anti-Semitic talk is disgusting, but as far as him, I knew that that was in him because when he came to TMZ, he said that stuff and they took it out of the interview.”

West has been heavily criticized for his racist remarks against Jewish people over the past few weeks, and despite the financial repercussions he has faced, he has refused to completely back down.

Aside from making anti-Semitic remarks, West also received backlash for recently wearing a “White Lives Matter” shirt.

He also received criticism for supporting Donald Trump and the “Make America Great Again” movement.
