A London studio flat has hit the market with an eye-watering price tag of £1,300 a month – but you’ll have to get used to cooking in a rather unusual kitchen.

The property on Musjid Road, south west London, just five minutes from Clapham Junction station, offers a prime location for an easy commute into the city and comes with everything a potential tenant could need if you’re willing to fork up the cash.

Despite the high rent, you’ll have a very tiny living space.

In fact, the studio is so small the ‘discrete’ kitchen has been hidden away inside a cupboard.

Granted this could boast as a fun surprise for guests confused as to where you cook your food.

The flat is listed on OpenRent and has the potential to be a cosy – albeit snug – flat for an open-minded tenant.

However, bills are not included, barring water, and the deposit is £1,500.

You also have to provide three months’ bank statements, employer references, and proof of employment to cover the rental period.
