Los Angeles might be known for its hot weather and sunnier climes, but it seemsMeghan Markleisn’t quite ready to ditch her autumn wardrobe after she was spotted wearing a camel overcoat whilst out and about earlier this month.
Her Max Mara Goloso Cashmere Coat, £4000 here, might be at odds with LA’s warmer weather, but it did give us some major autumnal inspiration as we prepare to head into the UK’s considerably cooler new season.

However, since splashing out £4k on a coat isn’t exactly feasible for many of us, we've tracked down a pretty perfect dupe that’s much more affordable.
If you head over to New Look, you’ll find the Camel Longline Belted Coat, £54.99 here, which gives you almost the exact same look as Meghan’s for considerably less.
Just like the Duchess of Sussex’s coat, the New Look version comes in a timeless camel colour, and has an adjustable and removable tie belt around the waist to create shape and definition to your silhouette.
Its relaxed fit stops it from looking too formal, and it's perfect for throwing on with everything from jeans and a T-shirt to a midi dress and heels making it one of the most versatile pieces you can have in your wardrobe.
The Longline Belted Coat, £54.99 here, comes in three different shades; camel, black and khaki, and is available in sizes 6-22, although a couple of sizes in each colour are currently showing as low in stock.

For anyone willing to splash a little bit of cash and make an investment, the Michael Kors Double Face Wool Blend Coat, £470 here, is made from a double face wool blend, and has similar notched lapels and a belted waist to Meghan’s coat.
