A woman who was 'sad' with her I-cup boobs revealed her breast reduction transformation.
Aprilia struggled with different aspects of her life due to the size of her chest – including her mood and weight. The mum-of-one, from Australia, forked out $14,000AUS (£7,320) to get the reduction surgery privately done in Melbourne.
And now she has seen a massive improvement in her life just after six months. She's taken to TikTok to show off her results where her 'glow up' has gone viral.

In the clip which racked up 714,000 views, the brunette beauty wore a blue dress that featured a cut-out detail on her waist along with a plunging neckline.
Aprilia walked towards the camera with a sad expression on her face as she showed off her body before her breast reduction.
Six months later, Aprilia looks totally different – both in confidence and appearance. The mum applied a natural makeup with a dark lip as she span around to show off her smaller boobs that were more contained in the same dress. She smiled in the garment that now accentuated her figure.
"Who even was that sad girl," Aprilia wrote in the caption to the viral video. The mum then answered some questions about her surgery and how she's coping post-operation.
She noted that the experience has been 'life-changing' for her. "Exercising is suddenly fun and easier," Aprilia shared.
"Getting my breasts removed has helped me lose so much weight. After the two week mark, you’ll feel like a whole new person.
"Went from a H/I cup to a 'promised C'. I’m six months post op and still are a DD-E."
In awe of Aprilia's transformation, many people fled to the comments to praise and compliment her change in confidence. "Beautiful before and after," one person commented. "You look so happy and glowing." Another user added: "Congratulations, you look totally transformed!"
While a third voiced: "This is amazing. Good for you!" Someone else praised: "The fact that you are so happy makes me happy."
Meanwhile, a fifth said: "This is why I want a reduction so badly! Girl you look incredible!! And I’m sure your back is probably thanking you too."
