A woman who called herself the "plastic surgery queen" claims to be embracing her natural beauty.

Tara Jayne McConachy told fans she'd been scaling back her procedures recently.

On Instagram, she flaunted her famous figure in a brightly coloured jumpsuit that featured saucy cut-outs.

Her surgically-enhanced breasts were on display in the racy outfit, as well as her pouty lips.

The reality TV star wore knee-high boots and kept her long blonde locks hidden under a large hat.

She also glammed up with smokey eyeshadow, fluttery eyelashes and bronzed foundation.

Tara captioned the sexy snap: "Getting most of my filler dissolved was one of the best decisions I’ve made."

And fans seem to be loving her look too, with one gushing: "Keep dissolving you are naturally just as beautiful".

Another swooned: "Omg doll you look so amazing."

And a third added: "You are beautiful what ever decision you make. I love that outfit on you."

Others were less convinced though – with some pointing out that Tara looked as plastic as ever.

The top comment on the post asked: "Where did you have it removed?"

Tara, who has more than 200,000 followers on Instagram, had her first cosmetic procedure when she was 21.

It was a boob job gifted by her father – and seemed to spark an interest in going under the knife.

She's since admitted to having five breast augmentations, six nose jobs and endless rounds of Botox and filler.

Tara shot to fame after she appeared on an episode of the TV series Botched in 2020, where she wanted doctors to give her even bigger breasts.

But the experts advised her 45kg weight was “dangerously low” and that it wouldn’t be safe for her to get larger implants.

In the same year, the qualified nurse joined OnlyFans in a bid to help fund her lifestyle and further cosmetic surgeries.

But who knows, maybe Tara's now on a journey to give up plastic surgery altogether!
