Raquel Leviss has been ghosting Tom Sandoval as she hides out in Los Angeles following news of the pairs’ bombshell affair, Page Six can exclusively reveal.
In our exclusive photos, the “Vanderpump Rules” star, 28, was seen for the first time out and about on Wednesday afternoon, wearing an all-black ensemble comprised of a hoodie, baggy jeans, baseball cap and handbag.
“She looked somber,” an eyewitness tells us.
Leviss’ black eye — allegedly inflicted by castmate and now-ex-friend Scheana Shay — was visible as she sauntered through a shopping center in LA and peered down at her cell phone.
Leviss has alleged that Shay, 37, punched her in the face during their “heated confrontation” in New York City over her affair with Sandoval, 39.
Leviss shared shocking images of her injuries in court documents obtained by Page Six Wednesday.
“Tom has been unable to track Raquel down for several days,” one insider says. “He’s been asking mutual acquaintances if they’ve heard from her at all, but has had no luck. He can’t get in touch with her.”
Another source adds, “She is completely ignoring Tom and he seems really frustrated.”
Reps for Leviss and Sandoval did not respond to Page Six’s request for comment on the pair’s lack of communication.
Sandoval and Leviss saw each other Saturday when they kissed on camera for a “VPR” scene filmed at the latter’s North Hollywood apartment, Page Six exclusively reported this week.

Despite the smooch, the status of the pair’s relationship is “complicated,” an insider noted.
Sandoval was spotted making a late-night visit to Leviss’ place — just one day after longtime girlfriend Ariana Madix dumped him for cheating with the former pageant queen.
A rep for the Tom Sandoval & the Most Extras singer previously told us that he exited the building through a private entrance once filming was over.
One day prior, Sandoval and Madix, 37, sat down to discuss his infidelity for a scene filmed last Friday at the exes’ shared home in Los Angeles’ Valley Village enclave. (Both parties are still living there as they navigate their split.)
Sources told us that Madix left the conversation feeling “gaslit” by Sandoval, who became romantically involved with Leviss last summer.
“He gave her several excuses as to why he never copped to cheating,” an insider said, adding that “he didn’t tell her about the affair with Leviss because he was worried about how it would impact her mental health.”
Madix was “heartbroken” and “blindsided” when she learned of the affair after a sexually explicit video sent by Leviss popped up on Sandoval’s phone, a source previously told Page Six.
The unfortunate discovery came the same night Madix supported Sandoval at a concert for his cover band at TomTom in West Hollywood on March 1.
Leviss has issued a public apology to Madix on Wednesday, blaming her indiscretions on an apparent addiction to “love.” Meanwhile, Sandoval — who dated Madix for nearly a decade — took five days to issue a meaningful apology that fans felt was too little, too late.
Madix, for her part, has yet to address the matter publicly.
However, her castmate and Something About Her business partner, Katie Maloney, recently told fans that the blond beauty is “overwhelmed” by the public’s support.
