Raquel Leviss and Tom Sandoval’s affair pre-dated her hookup with his best friend, Tom Schwartz, Page Six can exclusively reveal.
An insider tells us Leviss and Sandoval’s romance “began last summer” and that the former beauty queen “has slept over Tom and Ariana’s house when Ariana’s been out of town.”
Their “Vanderpump Rules” co-star James Kennedy corroborated the information in an Instagram direct message sent to Deuxmoi, claiming the affair began “7 months” ago, which would have been July 2022.
The 31-year-old DJ, who was previously engaged to Leviss, claimed the pair’s escapades at Sandoval and Madix’s shared Los Angeles home sometimes took place while “Ariana [was] sleeping.”
That means Leviss, 28, and Sandoval, 39, were several months into their dalliance when the SUR server made out with 40-year-old Schwartz — Katie Maloney’s ex-husband — at Scheana Shay and Brock Davies’ wedding in August 2022.

The following month, Leviss shared a smooch with then-married Oliver Saunders, the eldest son of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Garcelle Beauvais.
However, Leviss insisted Saunders, 32, told her “point-blank” that he was single.
We’re told Madix, 37, is “heartbroken” after learning that her boyfriend of 10 years and her close friend have been “communicating inappropriately for months.”
“Ariana was blindsided by the cheating,” an insider told us, adding that Madix had “no idea there were any issues” in her relationship, as she and Sandoval have been “affectionate in public recently.”
We’re told Madix “has been hanging out with Raquel recently” and that she “was there for her” after Leviss split from Kennedy in December 2021.
Our source said Madix feels “betrayed by her friend.”
We’re told she “found out” about the pair’s “full-on affair” Wednesday at Sandoval’s band’s show.
Madix has since deactivated her social media accounts, but her castmates have been quite vocal in blasting the duo over the news.
Page Six can confirm that Bravo is currently filming the latest drama.
“The majority of the cast is expected to gather and film tomorrow to share their reactions to Raquel and Sandoval’s affair,” a source close to production shared with us. “Mostly everyone is shook and completely heartbroken for Ariana.”
Reps for the network, Madix, Sandoval and Leviss did not immediately respond to our requests for comment.
